outstanding vehicle

Ioniq 5 is the best EV on the market at the moment and offers best of all the competitors in same package. It is very comfortable quite car with nice plush ride in a quiet cabin. The seats are very supportive and offers comforts for all body frames. The car has excellent handling and can sprint fast when required. The overall styling is very retro modern which is very refreshing as compared to other car designs. The looks are deceiving as the car does not look as big from outside but is very spacious inside with plenty of room for everything. It has one of the fastest charging speed amongst all EV's in it's class which makes long rides possible. I made a good decision to go with Ioniq 5 and would recommend it to everyone looking for a great EV.

Great EV for our household

Great EV for the household of 4 or less. Fun to drive, and pleasure to own. App has room for improvement, such as mileage accuracy. OTA feature is finally available. Wish it has USB C and wireless Android Auto.

I love my Ioniq 5, one of my favorite cars I've ever owned.

I got the Ioniq 5 in 2022 with the Limited Trim and have no regrets. The 360 camera is amazing for parking, as well as the pickup even in eco mode makes the car feel responsive and agile. It's a head turner with it's unique design and pixel lights, and I am still excited to drive it every time I get in a year later.

i want to return the car

parts that broke on day one are not covered by warranty The service is poor - functions don't work and service don't know anything about the car. even the survey is antiquated and force me to write 200 words like i worked for you ,

need to improve quality.

Ioniq 5 2022

I absolutely love it. The vehicle is quiet, comfortable and reliable. The interior is spacious, great leg room on both front and back seats. I do think it needs the rear windshield wiper and should be recalled to have it installed. Also, the charge door doesn't always open with the remote control.

I absolutely love my vehicle. It's reliable, quiet, and comfortable. The down side is that it doesn't have a rear windshield wiper. If possible, I would like to get one if available. Also, another concern is the battery degrading and how much it would cost to replace when the time comes.

Best Car Owned

The car is comfortable, fast, economical. The saftey features are excellent. All of the camera views and warning sounds alert you to a 360 degree view. The rear hatch compartment is spacious for a car of this size. The ability of adjusting the hatch to a specific height is great when opening in a garage.

Excellent car except for cold weather charging issues.

We've had our Ioniq 5 for a year and put 20,000 miles on it. We do most of charging at home (level 2) with now problem. However, we drive often from Los Angeles to Washington state, about 1200 miles, and we find there are too few fast-charging stations along the route, and sometimes they are crowded or don't work (Electrify America). Also, when it is cold (45 degrees Fahrenheit or lower), the fast charging is severely impaired.

All Electric, All Speed, All Good

This is my first electric car and I could not be happier. Between the performance, the range, and everything that the car offers I am very happy with my purchase. Hyundai hit this one out of the park and I can't wait to see what their next cars are going to bring to the table.

Best Car EVER

I have had numerous vehicles in the past and I am proud to say this is the best. Hyundai should be very proud to have the ioniq 5 in it's line up. I had a Tesla previously and you can't compare the two. The ioniq 5 beats it in every way

nice car...…bad experience with MI dealers, nice styling, very expensive for electrical car. If I knew HYUNDAY doesn't care about customers in Michigan state, I will never bought the car.....VERY DISAPOINTED

Ioniq 5 Still in for Repairs after more than Two Weeks

Ioniq 5 is a really cute car. My one year old car had to be taken to the dealership on a rollback. It has been there for almost two weeks. There has been an issue with getting parts. The dealership has been very kind, but I have never experienced something like this with a car before.

Fun and stylish

The range is as advertised. The dual motor AWD is extremely fun to drive and surpassed expectations for a midsized SUV. The ride is really smooth and the vehicle feels hundreds of pounds lighter while accelerating and taking curves.

IONINQ5 is a good car but has a few flaws

IONIQ5 is a fun car to drive. Although super fast charging is no longer available Electrify America, it still charges faster than most. Hyundai needs to fix some annoying rattling sounds (trunk, seatbelts), and use better plastic that easily scuff inside.

Great car with a few challenges

Design and efficiency with a far superb charging system are the pillars of the Ioniq5. Super fast charging capability and the best combination of size, roominess, ease of access and great overall value. AWD works well and when temps are above 50 degrees I get more than the OEM range (285-290). All evs sboukdnhave heated seats front and rear and heated steering wheels. Paint quality and hood design mean excessive stone chips. One of the few times I’d recommend paint protection film.

The Ioniq 5 is a great car!

I love my Ioniq 5. It's easy and fun to drive. The safety features are exactly what I needed. It's got plenty of room for passengers and in the trunk. The range is very good. The style is unique and I often get questions and complements on the vehicle. It is exactly the EV I was hoping to get.

No infrastructure-road anxiety is real

The infrastructure is not in place to support owning an E.V. at this time. The concept is a novel one but until there is a charging station in very town we have no business buying E.V.s it took me 32 House getting home on a trip that a gas car is 6 hours.

Beautiful car, terrific performance, some notable flaws

I have never owned a car that has received as much positive attention. Beautiful and breathtakingly fast. The lack of a rear wiper and USB-C ports are a major oversight. This should be remediated ASAP and be part of a recall as they are absolutely necessary.
