Overall very good car but has issues and customer service is not good.
I love driving this car. It’s an excellent ride and has more features than any car I’ve ever had. I did have a recall for the 12v battery, which is critical to operating the car. I also had a sensor fail at 24k miles, which really shouldn’t happen. To get it fixed, I tried making an appointment online but the site wouldn’t let me select a date and time. I called the dealer and was immediately put on hold “for a second”. I made my lunch, did some housecleaning, played with the dog and finally drove yo the dealership. I was still on hold when I walked in and the employees were just sitting there after the morning rush. They tried to be polite but really didn’t want to acknowledge their poor service. On top of that, I’ve taken my car in for service but the Hyundai system isn’t updating, so I get noticed saying my car is overdue. The dealer said they can’t help me but offered me a phone number to call for that. I was too frustrated with them to act but I probably should go through further frustration trying to resolve that as well.
