it was long and didn't solve any of the special problems.
The car came in for its 30,000 mile check up and the service department recommended two new tires anda new air filter. That was fine, although they seemed willing to put on new tires without doing an alignment. However we have had no voice on our GPS for over 6 months. This is the second time we asked to have it fixed, we also suggested maybe the software needed an update because the direcitons were often wrong--no response. We also have a pop up that comes on several times after we start the car that wants us to allow messages, we don't want this, especially while we are driving. That seems to be another unsolvable. After waiting over two hours, I was sent home in an Uber and then returned in the Uber 2 hours later. The apppontment was made three weeks ahead ot time. I as told there was only one Hyundai service person available to work. These happendings ae not what I have come to expect after 19 years of being a customer.

Value cover missing.
I was disappointed to find a value cover missing and two out of three remaining, loose. My tires were rotated. I just hope they were put back on tight. Not real confident in you. This is my first experience. I wasn't even directed to my car when I left or where to exit.

Jim Click very good; Hyundai so-so
In at 12000 plus miles getting ready for a 5000+ vacation trip and eas trying to get Hyundai's warranty service. Was told that Hyundai wouldn't provide until we reached 15000 miles. OK, I won't forget. Paid for our of warranty service, was treated well and courteously by Jim Click service. They were great. Hyundai ----?

Brought car in for recommended tire rotation plus repair of the lumbar support which has never worked since I got the car 6 months ago. Part was ordered (I wasn't told it was ordered till I went in to dealership) and in. Brought car in for 9:00 am appointment and left it. Message was left for me late afternoon saying they didn't have time to fix it. Would have saved me a lot of trouble if they had told me that they couldn't get the job done before I brought car in. Also I have had difficulty communicating with service advisor on this and other occasions. He doesn't answer phone , doesn't always return calls when I leave a message and three times I've called around 4-5:00 and am told he has left for the day. I want a different service advisor

We have been pleased with buying vehicles at Jim Click and with their service. Frankie is the service person we work with and he is very thorough on what needs to be done. how much it costs, and when it can be done.

I guess I bought. Lemon
It took me some time to write this because I am very disappointed.
I retired in February of 2013 and yes bought a used 2015 Honda CRV as I had owned a 2005 CRV that I was very happy with just wanted to upgrade. I thought my new CRV would last me many years as now My husband and I are on a retired fixed income. Well We did have a warranty but go figure as it expired we went for an service for life oil change and on our way home we broke down on the freeway mind you the car had been running fantastic.
Well we called Jim Click ford back they came to see if they could help then said don’t know what happened they had us get it towed Back to the dealership and we left it there overnight. Next day told us, well the oil change was done correctly sorry but your transmission went out. So we had it towed home as on a fixed income we need to save money to have this fixed. This transmission is very expensive to have fixed. My husband had been going out to start the car once in a while so the battery wouldn’t die and guess what happened it died. So that being said we had to use the fob key and using the fob key it did not work on our car. We tried both sets so now we have a car that doesn’t work keys that don’t work transmission that doesn’t work and so very disappointed. This is just for those of you who buy a car that is used. Make sure you check everything is working and that they give you the right keys when I bought this car. I was under the impression that it had GPS that’s what the salesman told me turns out it never did. I will definitely never go to this dealership again.
We also still owe quite a bit on this nonworking vehicle.
To them it was just bad luck for us!!
