Greatest and Friendliest Customer Service
I recently went in for a complementary oil change and was assisted by the same amazing Sales person Paul T. who assisted me with the purchase of my brand new Hyundai Venue. I was a little confused on where to go but he guided me to the Service Area where he introduced me to Anthony C. who was a very informative and helpful Service consultant. I love visiting this dealership for any service needs, their team shows the utmost professionalism and customer service skills!

Still upset
Graham Scott, I am so happy you responded but why not suggest we look into the problem with my milage. Obviously, there is something wrong. I think I just bought a lemon and that isn't your fault but let's get to the bottom of the problem not just give kind thoughts.

Very unhappy
Recently my car stopped running and was towed into the dealership on Friday morning. After calling at least four times a day I finally got a message from them that I could pick up a rental car and that they had ordered a part. On the following Friday my car was ready. The only person I got a response from was the lady in the service department. She was great but I do feel I should have had an answer from my service representative. This is the second factory repair I have had and I am not happy. Also I am suppose to be getting 39 miles to the gallon and I am lucky to get 29. I am NOT happy with this hybrid Tucson or the dealership. Stay away.

Here we go again !!!
Last time I went in for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation, the rotation wasn't done. I chalked the tires to verify. This time Ric boldly writes for the rotation to be done. And yes it was done, minus 2 of my chrome value caps and the addition of a funny face drawn on the tire. So while Ric went looking for the caps, which were never found and now reordered, I checked under the hood. There I found a large blotch of oil over the radiator. Ric kindly drove the car back and had it cleaned up. This is a recurring theme... I have more experiences to share !!! CUSTOMERS BEWARE !!!

Really great customer service!
Took our car in when it started making a horrible valve sound. Ended up being a unique timing chain issue. I asked them to save all of the parts and show me at time of pick up so I could inspect what work was done. They gave me a full receipt of all parts used And provided me the old parts to be looked at. They honored the warranty with no question. And was very helpful and timely through the process. Thank you.

The staff here has been great with the exception of not returning calls. They certainly tried their best and were courteous and helpful. It is the defective product that has ruined the experience, along with Corporate dragging their feet, forcing me to drive a dangerous defective vehicle.

Did not have a diagnostics technician available on Saturdays really the busiest day of the week? I am baffled that was the only reason why I took my car to get someone to trouble shoot an issue. Everything else was great, except what was most important to me did not get accomplished.
