Time quoted
Appointment time was 8 am, arrived at 7:50. Was told the wait was 3.5 hours. huh? What is the point of an appointment. I only waited 86 minutes instead of the 3.5 hours quoted time.

Dave is awesome
There were a few issues with my last visit. However, Dave the service manager reached out to me and wanted to get to the bottom of them. After our conversation, he assured me that they are working to resolve these issues. I definitely appreciated that. He even offered me a free detail coupon for my truck. Though I still have an issue with the dealership overall (the loaner car policy), the service department is “A-ok” with me.

Try another dealership
My last experience here was not great. My service advisor, Will was cool. However, the service department is quite backed up. I understand things are delayed now days, but to not offer a loaner vehicle is quite inconvenient. Other dealerships offer this service, not sure why pohanka doesn’t. Forced me to have to spend a ridiculous amount of money to rent a car for two weeks.

What made my service so great
What made the place so great is that the service agents always go beyond the call of duty to help out. My service professional was very helpful in helping retrieve my warranty to service my tire and I really appreciated that assistance.

Service was fine
No complaints about servicing vehicle but you have to better about notifying the customer when done. It would also be helpful if you let customers know that service hours are not the same due to Covid so you know when to start check on the status.
