Reliable and Honest Service
There are other Hyundai dealers closer to me but I chose to travel nearly 25 miles on the treacherous Rt. 495 Capitol Beltway to Pohanka Hyundai because of the reputable maintenance qualities. My car now has close to 53,000 miles and I will definitely be back for future services because they are honest.

I am sure that many will agree that having an honest auto maintenance facility is a cherished quality.

The entire dealership is maintained in immaculate condition and the open air waiting area and nearby showroom are extremely comfortable.

Additionally, the service managers who check you in, like Mr. Will J. Bishop, are very knowledgeable and conversant to easily portray whatever issues the car is facing.

Clean location. I waited to have my car service and was happy that there was ample space for me to sit and get some work done while I waited. Will, my service provider, was great. Very friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. Appreciated the text updates. They had me in and out in the time expected. Would recommend.

Capitol Heights Hyundai Dealership
The customer service was terrible. They kept my car for 2 months due to an engine problem that Hyundai was aware of. They did not provide a loaner vehicle the entire time they had my vehicle. Will Bishop never called to update me on my car or to find out if I still needed any assistance. This is the worst dealership to go to and I would highly recommend any and all people to stay away.

I’m not pleased with my car service i still feel in safe driving with my Family in the car not shifting no power going up hill I know I it a 4 cylinder still should make it up the hill without getting hung I must get out of this Tucson I always wanted a Hyundai but not please with this one very disappointing and dissatisfied
