Rescore? Everything was just fine the first time!
I was perfectly happy with the service I received a couple of weeks ago. The wait time actually worked in my favor, as I was able to get some priority work done. Don’t punish the service manager because of the wait time.

I was perfectly happy with the service I received a couple of weeks ago. The wait time actually worked in my favor, as I was able to get some priority work done. Don’t punish the service manager because of the wait time.

No worries, all went well!
My vehicle felt rough on the highway, so I stopped at the service center. Turns out it was uneven tire pressure, nothing major. Once that was corrected, and the car got a wash, I was pleased I was only charged for the technician’s time.

Never Fails
I was seen right away and the rep who serviced me took care of me right away. Communication was a plus and overall the timing was pretty fast, location was convenient, and my car is running 100% smoother

Recall Service was GREAT!
From the online chat to verify if the parts were in stock for the recall to the greeting from my service technician (Will) the morning of my appointment to the feedback and updates via text and by phone, the service team is more than professional and amazing. My car and I are very pleased.

Hyundai has done it again! Kirsten provided me with excellent customer service. Although it took some time for my car to be returned to me due to diagnostics, everything that I needed was taken well care of. Throughout the entire time that Hyundai had my car, Kirsten kept me abreast of my car's progress with daily updates. She kept me informed and assured me that all would be well. She always keeps me updated on when my next service is due. SUPERB AS ALWAYS!
