In one word "Will".
Will was extremely helpful and cheerful too. Will explained that my problem was an electronic software issue and that he would have me out possibly in a half hour. True to his word, will had me out in record time. I must say that everyone that I encountered was very nice and helpful. However, Will was exceptional.

Excellent Service and Phenomenal Staff
I was very impressed with the service provided at my most recent visit. Will was amazing, very knowledgeable with a great attitude and kept me informed about the status of my vehicle while I waited. I was impressed at how fast and friendly everyone was from beginning to end. I must say the waiting area was nice and open which was a plus. I am definitely going to be a repeat customer!

I arrived at 6am trying to beat the rush but I think everyone had the same idea. Once I entered the building the service rep called me to find out what my concern were. He was very pleasant and informative. I purchased my vehicle in 2013 from this dealership and they will be only service department that services my vehicle.
