Friendly Professional Service
Kirsten provided superior professional service and I must say, she was the friendliest and most detailed oriented representative we've had since coming to this location. I ended up researching the required repairs and determined that the repairs and labor were very competitively priced which I always appreciate. I received text messages and phone calls throughout my service which helped me to plan my day around the service.

I am very pleased with the service and will definitely be taking my vehicle back for any future maintenance and/or repairs.

I arrived and was cordially greeted by Kirsten. She was very attentive and kept my up to date on the service needs of the care without being pushy. I always come here to get my car serviced since leasing then purchasing my Hyundai here. Always leave happy.

I live in Alexandria and look forward to getting a car wash. A couple of times, the car wash was unavailable. Suggestion, perhaps getting a wash coupon from local establishment or nearby residence. Kirsten was apologetic and offered a next time drive by.

I have had my Sonata for 17 years. Pohanka is the only place I have my car serviced. My car has given me outstanding service over these 17 years, along with Will Bishop, Charles Bevins and all the staff at Pohanka.

The customer service was absolutely amazing. I really enjoy taking my car in for service and they text me and keep me updated on everything. I greatly appreciate the service bay staff who are nice and friendly.
