My service representative has been a pleasure to work with. When I come in for service he is able to articulate the various elements of the recommended service. He also assures me that my vehicle will be thoroughly evaluated for any problem areas. That means so much to me since I travel back & forth to Louisville Kentucky each month.

The personnel in the service department (specifically Sean) are always so professional and courteous. He ensures that you are well taken care of, that the technicians are aware of any problems with your automobile and the options you have for repairs.
The service department is excellent. Sean always goes above and beyond explaining the situation with my automobile and the options for repairs. I know that I can rely on this.

No, true complaints, the staff was friendly and efficient. 90 min standard wait time is impressive because most dealerships will have you waiting forever!!

it was ok.
The guy at the service desk was extremely nice and helpful. However the service done on my car was just ok. I honestly don't think they rotated my tires but I know for a fact that they didn't put air in them. It is sad that I have to always check what they are suppose to do when servicing my car and then after receiving my car I have to double check as much as I can again.

Always a Pleasant Service Experience
Service team always provides a smooth service experience for me. When I've had to leave my car there and rent another car they have Enterprise pick-up on site. When I've shopped parts they've always had the best price on Hyundai parts. They do oil changes on Sundays. The service team has always been transparent with me (which is the most important thing to me).

Easy check in for the services department. My service advisor, Sean, was super. He kept me abreast of any discounts available for my service and addressed my concerns.
