Took my motor home in for a recall on the power steering hoses and also an oil change.
Set up an appointment at Mike White Ford for November 14, but they told me that I could bring it in earlier and they would work on it earlier when they had some spare time. Took it in the 1st of November got it back on November 7th, was very surprised to get it back that soon everything was done right and all the crew down there were very professional and friendly.

Service department chased down a check engine error for high temperature and offered several options for repair. They acquired parts and completed repairs quickly. Cost came in under the quote.

Took car in to have hood latch checked because would not open and close properly
I arrived at my appointed time and was met with smiles and good morning. I was asked what I was there for and we went over things so I new exactly what to expect a very nice and polite young man by the name of Matt assisted me was very kind considerate and explained every thing very well asked if I needed any thing while waited for my car . Nice to be met with some one happy, has a smile and cares about his customers seeing as I’m a senior lady I don’t always get that kind of great greeting . I can’t say enough about him don’t let him get away. My car was done at the estimated time and I was on my way actually met the mechanic to just as pleasant great bunch of people there.

Top notch service department
My vehicle was towed to the dealership and went in for service; amazingly I had my car back in a day! They quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue. Matt in the service department was wonderful, kind, and quick to communicate. I really appreciate the team for getting me back on the road quickly.

Recall service went smoothly
It took two plus hours but the wait was eased by comfy recliners in the lobby, wi-fi and coffee.

I brought my car in overnight due to hitting something in the road and breaking my evap canister and my skid plate and they got it looked at and everything fixed within a week! I was informed of everything that needed to be fixed and my service advisor was always in touch.

Shock check
We asked to have our shocks checked due our Expedition experiencing a significant bounce when we hit a bump in the road. They told us nothing is wrong with our shocks or any other causes. This is a new experience with our car and I don't believe that the worker made a correct diagnosis. We will be bring our c ar some place else to have ut checked

Matt that helped us in service was super rude when I dropped my car off on Monday and I chalked it up to maybe he was having an off day and luckily when I called to check on my car the gentleman that helped me over the phone took the stone to explain my extended warranty paper I got for a part on my car and was very nice. But when I picked up our car Matt again spoke to me like I was a child told me that I am getting special treatment by my car being detailed when I have a service appt that I am paying for and these are things mike white ford will never do again. Would t explain to me why my ford pass wasn’t updating showing the oil change I paid to have done. The way he treated me was beyond unprofessional I have never left the cda location feeling so disrespected before. We have spent thousands at mike white ford cda in less than a year and I will not bring any of my cars back to the cda location because of this interaction from now on I will go to mike white Sandpoint for my service needs. It’s a further drive for me but I would rather be treated with respect.

The people in the service area are always courteous and try to keep you informed about your repairs.
I purchased my truck at this dealership in 2017. I use their service department for routine maintenance and repairs. They alway meet or exceed my expectations.
