My Favorite Car - EVER!

In 1965, when I was working for Skaggs Motors, Inc. (Ford dealership) in Manhattan, Kansas, I took delivery on a NEW (specially ordered) Mustang! I drove it with pride and pleasure for almost 4 years. A growing family and moving from Monterrey, CA, to San Angelo, TX, necessitated a trade. We won't talk about that vehicle. It worked well, but it lacked the youthful pizazz of the Mustang. In 2019, Randy and I needed a new car following an unfortunate accident at the top of our driveway! Chatham Ford made us a deal on a new 2019 black Fusion, and it's still in my driveway seven years later. I had it detailed recently to assuage my lust for a "new car". Service, mileage, reliability, ease of driving, and traveling comfort and style are just a few of the things that make the vehicle my favorite EVER! Thank you, Ford!

It's my Favorite Car!

Randy and I leased the Fusion from Chatham Ford when it was new and had less than 100 miles on it. When the three-year lease was up we bought it out and it now has 120,000+ miles on it. It's a perfect car for me and I'm glad to still have it. I was lusting after something new recently, and another Fusion owner asked about its mileage. When I told him, he chuckled: "Keep the car. You've got another 200,000 EASY!" Quite frankly, I'm not sure I'll be around long enough to drive that many more miles. So I had it detailed recently and now it looks brand new! I'm keeping it! Happy Summer.

Great car, except no idea when battery recall will be completed

Very comfortable and reliable. Only negative, Ford just recalled my battery and gives NO INFORMATION on when I can plugin again. And NO INFORMATION when this will be fixed....this year, next year, two years from now or when? What is purpose of a plugin hybrid when the manufacturer states you can't plug in due to a recall with no estimated the period to fix. I have free charging at home, free charging at CalPoly, free charging at church, and subsidized charging at main work place. So this recall is costing my money esp since I drive 400 miles a week.

Sharp looking vehicle

I bought the 2019 fusion had beautiful lines through the body sporty cabinet features everything at your fingertips gas mileage over I shopped around when I saw the fusion. It was a complete package 40 with the hybrid has a look of a $50,000 car

Love my car but too many problems for it being so new!

I love my car overall in the way it handles and the quick speed but have had one too many issues already. The fly wheel has gone out twice on me and some other issues but mainly the fly wheel twice in the matter of a yrs span is not cool.?

Very good mileage, smooth and quiet ride.

Though it's a small rechargeable battery, it works well for me on most of my trips. I like the features and the witchcraft. Wish it had more headroom. Adaptive cruise control works well. Phone support is good. This is a PHEV, now discontinued.

2019 Ford Fusion SE 1.5 Ltr

I recently purchase about 2 weeks ago so my experience has been relatively short but so far so good. It came with just over 23k miles so still under factory warranty which is nice. Drives smooth and had some get up when in Sport mode if needed. The more I drive and research the car the more happy I am in purchasing it. Hope to have it for at least 2-3 yrs.

My commuter

I needed a commuter car as I’ve had a large SUV for quite a few years. Our Fusion has been perfect for this. Good gas mileage. A very quiet driving car. Enough options to feel like I upgraded from the old vehicle. Got what I wanted for a car.

Ford Fusion Hybrid is awesome!

We purchased this vehicle for our company sales person and can't say enough good things about it! We are averaging over 40 MPG. The ride is smooth and it has all the power and safety features one looks for in a full sized vehicle

2019 Ford Fusion

My Fusion is a great car. The styling , comfort , handling , quality are all very important to me . The ONLY complaint I have about the Fusion is the fact that the low beam headlights are very poor quality . The projection style headlights with the " fisheye lense " should never have been produced , by any manufacture !! The light beam is a yellow color and is totally absorbed into the roadway ahead , especially when the road surface is wet and dark. I am still trying to find a solution to this " hazard " .
