Had my oil change today and the service was fantastic at Mike White Ford. I was kept informed of eve
rything on my car including the need for a new battery (one installed was the original-7 yrs old!). The service guy told me it would be an additional hour and true to his word, my car was ready. When going over my status of the car I asked about if a brake change was needed and was told no. That was good news as I was told last spring when I had my winter tires taken off at another business I would need a brake change soon. Car mechanics get a bad rep at times for trying to get people to have things done to their car that is not necessary. I was very impressed with this young man's honesty!! I had asked earlier if when they were done with the car they could park it close as I have limited mobility temporarily. I was told they would do what they could. As I was paying for my service, unbeknownst to me, the service guy had another individual bring my car to the service desk. I asked where the car was parked and I was told "right behind me"! That was such great service and I really appreciate it. Keep up the great work!!
