ent indicated failed glow plug.
Had to wait a little over a week to get appointment with Southern Diesel because their consistently great service results in very high demand.
They drove my truck into service area within minutes of my arrival shortly after they opened. Plug was replaced in less than 2.0 hours while I waited. Service manager provided several good tips on what to watch out for to avoid expensive failures with my particular model of diesel, including giving me a free sample of fuel additive to extend life of fuel pump, which is a known issue on this model of Duramax.
Don't know how anyone could beat that kind of service!
