Routine oil change
Our appointment for a routine oil change was scheduled for 0930. Our vehicle wasn't returned to us until 1140. 2 hrs and ten minutes seems excessive for something as simple as a oil change.

Recall and oil change
Since I was coming from out of town and would have to wait at Ford, I decided to get my oil changed as well. Everything was done within the time frame given. I had questions about the brake noise that we had looked at late in 2022. The service tech stated that Ford is still looking at a fix for it. He was very helpful in explaining it to me. Hopefully Ford Corp has a fix soon!

by far the best salesman experience from Mark, he definitely went above and beyond with our purchase on an Escape Titanium from the used lot

My Rangers Right Front tire developed a slow leak. I called early morning and was told that due to their service schedule they were backlogged, but I could bring the truck in, and that it may take 3 or more hours before they could get to it. I was very pleased that they could fit my truck in. I had the truck back in less than 4 hours. I am very happy that is all it took. They went the extra mile to meet my needs. Thank You

Very pleasant
We both enjoyed working with Mark. He worked with us to find & understand what we were looking for in a vehicle. We test drove 3 different Bronco’s. When the 2022 Bronco Sport with low mileage, looked new, arrived on the lot, we test drove it & decided to purchase! Through the whole process of our purchase, everyone at the dealership were caring, friendly & thorough. Finally we drove to Missoula & back, the performance was great & the gas mileage was over 26mpg! We love it! Thanks again.

Ok so in all totality I give them a 4. What they did for us and the cost I was pleasantly surprised so that to me was worth a 5. Follow up calls though never happened when was told they would be. Because of days off ball was dropped between other people at the Managers desk. So the communication was very lacking. If you say you’re going to follow up with a phone call please do. Don’t leave us guessing or have to call in more than once to get the information we were told was forthcoming. Just some advice from someone in Industrial Sales for over 30 years. It’s ok to say I don’t know yet, keep the communication lines open.

Third time is not a charm
Mike White staff was very professional as always. My issue is that a repair to the oil pan assembly is being done for the third time on my 2015 F 150 which has only 63K miles on it. I was told that a recent technical bulletin from Ford indicated that the repair of the leaking oil pan assembly requires a replacement of the valve covers which was not done during the first two repairs, both of which cost something in the neighborhood of $900 to be followed by this third repair which is quoted at over $3,000. I was told by staff that Ford needs to hear about this and was given the number to call. The customer relations staff I visited simply relayed to me that my 7year/70,000 warranty was expired. I understand this issue is likely a Ford Motor rather than Mike White, but someone should have some accountability for nearly $5000 in repair costs to fix the same leaking oil pan.
To top it off, the quote had a $100 inspection fee tacked onto the $3,000+ quote to fix.

We had issues for the explorer not running good enough to take out the road. Had it towed to Mike White Ford without an appointment and the got it taken care of within a couple days. Also delivered back to our home in the morning my wife needed it for work

Recalls and oil change
Not sure why I had to pay for a rental car. It was there for recall notices plus oil change. It has a full warranty on it and it’s only got 20,000 miles on it. Can you explain to me why I had to pay for a rental??

Had an awesome experience at Mike White.
I had brought my F150 with transmission issues to another dealer and was told it is not throwing code so let them know when that happens and bring it back in. They talked me into a tranny flush and did nothing for $350. I bring it to Mike White and felt with Matt and they connected to my computer and found several codes of transmission slip. They went through the whole truck and installed new transmission under warranty. It was so helpful they even had a loaner for me so I don’t have to go to the rental shop. I thought the level of professionalism and care was next level and would recommend to anyone who need it.
