The people in the service area are always courteous and try to keep you informed about your repairs.
I purchased my truck at this dealership in 2017. I use their service department for routine maintenance and repairs. They alway meet or exceed my expectations.

'21 Ford Escape
It took multiple tries to fix the difficult electrical issue with our 21 Escape Titanium Hybrid, but each time Mike White Ford was very gracious in offering a shuttle service, or even a loaner on two of the service visits. Very good people at this dealership.

Avoided a possible issue…
Thanks to the team at Mike White Ford, they detected an oil leak during a routine service. Am glad to report, no longer have a leak… service was performed in a timely manner. Thanks to the Courier driver as well, was prompt, friendly and professional.

Communication was lacking
It’s always a little frustrating when you have to take a fairly new car in to get something fixed. In my situation it took several days of investigation, which is fine, but communication from the primary person I dropped the car off to was really lacking. On the flip side the person who called me on their behalf was very thorough and proactive and seemed to care.
