hood latch failure
Hood latch was having issues. They diagnosed the problem quickly and got the hood latch sensor replaced.

Avoided a possible issue…
Thanks to the team at Mike White Ford, they detected an oil leak during a routine service. Am glad to report, no longer have a leak… service was performed in a timely manner. Thanks to the Courier driver as well, was prompt, friendly and professional.

Communication was lacking
It’s always a little frustrating when you have to take a fairly new car in to get something fixed. In my situation it took several days of investigation, which is fine, but communication from the primary person I dropped the car off to was really lacking. On the flip side the person who called me on their behalf was very thorough and proactive and seemed to care.

Matt is a voice of assurance
Loved Matt at the service desk. He was very attentive as I explained my multiple issues. He offered me a courtesy ride since it would be atleast 3 hours. He patiently explained what was done and other issues discovered. Matt is an asset to Mike White Ford!!

Recall service
There is not a whole lot to say about this event other than it was to take care of a recall. We came prepared with a second vehicle as we live in St Maries, so we spent the day shopping & had lunch with a friend. I can say that when this dealership was Tom Addis Ford, they made me so angry I would not go back. I bought my Ford F150 at a dealership in Washington. But I wanted some service done on my brakes & a trailer brake control turned on in the computer & I thought I would give this dealerships new owners ( Mike White ) a shot. When they finished, they told me it was " No Charge" & right there I decided that they had earned my business.
