Third time is not a charm
Mike White staff was very professional as always. My issue is that a repair to the oil pan assembly is being done for the third time on my 2015 F 150 which has only 63K miles on it. I was told that a recent technical bulletin from Ford indicated that the repair of the leaking oil pan assembly requires a replacement of the valve covers which was not done during the first two repairs, both of which cost something in the neighborhood of $900 to be followed by this third repair which is quoted at over $3,000. I was told by staff that Ford needs to hear about this and was given the number to call. The customer relations staff I visited simply relayed to me that my 7year/70,000 warranty was expired. I understand this issue is likely a Ford Motor rather than Mike White, but someone should have some accountability for nearly $5000 in repair costs to fix the same leaking oil pan.
To top it off, the quote had a $100 inspection fee tacked onto the $3,000+ quote to fix.

Matt in the service department was amazing! He delt with my warranty company and got me the best possible outcome. They also did the repairs in record time for me. I am very happy with all of the service department. And will definitely recommend them.

Explorer
We had issues for the explorer not running good enough to take out the road. Had it towed to Mike White Ford without an appointment and the got it taken care of within a couple days. Also delivered back to our home in the morning my wife needed it for work

Recalls and oil change
Not sure why I had to pay for a rental car. It was there for recall notices plus oil change. It has a full warranty on it and it’s only got 20,000 miles on it. Can you explain to me why I had to pay for a rental??

Had an awesome experience at Mike White.
I had brought my F150 with transmission issues to another dealer and was told it is not throwing code so let them know when that happens and bring it back in. They talked me into a tranny flush and did nothing for $350. I bring it to Mike White and felt with Matt and they connected to my computer and found several codes of transmission slip. They went through the whole truck and installed new transmission under warranty. It was so helpful they even had a loaner for me so I don’t have to go to the rental shop. I thought the level of professionalism and care was next level and would recommend to anyone who need it.

When it was Tom Addis it was a company of integrity but now it’s a horrible experience and you are lied
The service department does not even deserve a one star rating. I will drive to Spokane dealerships before I ever step foot in Mike White Ford.

2023 Ford Maverick Tremor recall
Dropped my Maverick off for safety recall as scheduled. Recall was for Body Control Module reprogramming. After check in with service counter I stepped inside to get a cup of coffee.

Saw my Maverick was now sitting outside unattended with window down while it rained outside, unlocked and keys still in the ignition. Called the service writer out to secure my vehicle properly. Recall completed by later that morning.

Staff friendly and kept us informed
Matt and Dan from the Service department kept us informed over the weeks leading up to our appointment for recall software parts for the backup camera on our Explorer and on the actual day of service. Matt called when he said he would and kept us informed, even suggested wiper blade replacement which we had intended to inquire about. Oil changed also. Hopefully no after care problems.

Matt in Service department totally went out of his way to get me in to take care of a few issues on my vehicle. Matt and all service department employees I dealt with were superb people that go out of their way serve you. I will not hesitate to return. Since I am from out of town I asked others in the service department waiting room about Mike White Ford. They all had high praise for Mike White employees and services received. Keep up the good work Mike White folks! Appreciate all of you ( sales, service, parts and even receptionist is superb)!
