Part recall
I had a recall in my Ford Escape. I was told it would take 2-3 hrs. Imagine how excited I was when it was ready in less than 1 and a half hrs! I was explained the reason for the recall and the service provided. My car was also checked for tires, battery, etc ! Thank you for your awesome courteous service!

3 trips and 4 days without truck to fix problem
I had a check engine light on my truck that needed to be addressed. I also asked to fix my drivers side running boards as they were going in and out on their own.
- I drove out to MWF to drop off truck for a full day to get diagnosed. Was then told parts are not in stock and to come back on a different day.
- Drove out a second time to have work done. After picking up the truck and driving home the check engine light came back on again and now my passenger side running board wont go in and out when needed. Called and service advisor scheduled third dropoff to diagnose, again, the problem.
- Drove out a third time to have truck diagnosed, again. Was told it was a different sensor than the first and again, parts are not in stock.
- Im now on my 4th day of not having my truck with a ladder rack, (which is what I need right now). I was just called by service advisor, 3 mins ago, that maybe the truck will be ready tonight by 5pm. I was informed my truck as been sitting there all day because there was a truck in front of me on the rack.... but was told it was a 15 minute swapout.
Matt and Adam are both nice guys and I understand labor is hard to hire and manage right now. But living in Spokane Valley and having to log 80 miles round trip times 3 is ridiculous. I understand not having a $7,000 transmission in stock, but not having basic and common O2 and other sensors in stock doesnt make sense to me.
I hate to say it, but I am more than likely not going to return to MWF for service. I have an F150 Platinum, with an extended 8yr 125,000 warranty, that I spent a ton of money on, my wife also drives an Explorer, history of Mustangs, Thunderbird, F150, Expedition and on an on, we are dedicated customers to the Ford brand and this throwing darts at a board costs customers time and gas to make multiple trips to get a car repaired.

Made to show up an hour early unnecessary in my opinion
Shouldn't tell someone that there appointment is at 7am and the technicians don't even get there until 8 am. That is my only complaint. Other than that service was good.

Service staff seemed ready for my arrival. I waited in the service waiting area, enjoyed some brewed coffee (French Vanilla was my favorite) and they notified me when my F-150 was ready for pick up.

I was fortunate to get Matt Brunner as my Service Advisor on this visit, very professional, and considerate, making my experience a pleasure. All went very well except, I run aftermarket wheels and tires on my 2019 F350 , and now my rear TPMS low pressure warning stays ON as I don't run OEM 85lbs, when prior to my visit everything was fine at 65lbs. Stopped back in hoping to have it corrected to NO avail.

Water pump and timing
Matt was excellent. Water pump went out on the road. Vehicle was towed in on Saturday. Repair was completed by Friday. This is my plow truck got it back in time for snow. Very pleased with the turn around time.

Delay on repair
I was asked to wait two months before I could bring the car in for two months of no radio or hands free telephone. After waiting the two months it would take another week to get the part.

The guys at Mike White were excellent. They resolved the issue of no backup camera and reverse lights.
They also found a couple items that need attention during their inspection. Very happy with how they treated me and other clients, very professional and courtesy.

Valve cover replace F-150
Service was fantastic and very courteous. The only down side to experience is the very long time frame to get into shop for service. I imagine this is a mix of supply chain issues and worker shortage. Not sure but is very frustrating if you need a repair in a timely manner. Once you get in, its a great experience.
