It's perfect, almost
I love the ride, comfort, speed, and absolute silence of driving this car. It is, as I called it, almost perfect. The lack of redundancy on the ICCU is more than troubling. Having gone through an ICCU failure and now a 12v battery failure, it is probably the one glaring issue I have with the car. When the ICCU fails and inevitably the 12v battery dies you are left with no way to put it in neutral, no blinkers, no lights of any kind, and absolutely no way to engage the drive system even if you're at 100% main battery. The fact that the entire cars computer and all electronics is left to run off of a standard 12v battery and not even an AGM battery is a terrible design in my opinion. Recently, I was at an EV show and had the rear hatch and frunk open to show the details of the car. It was open for about 3 hours. In that time, my 12v battery was drained from lights and other things, and I had to use my jumper pack to be able to start the car. Relying on a lead acid battery to run quite literally everything is a poor choice. Please fix that.
