My Place for New Cars and Service
I love this Dealership because I always get excellent service whether it be me buying a car or getting maintenance. The staff are wonderful. I highly recommend Pohanka Hyundai at the Beltway!!!

Excellent Service
I was extremely pleased at the service I received at The Hyundai Service desk a week ago. The agent was friendly, courteous, and responsive to my needs. The round trip shuttle service was a bonus, inasmuch my vehicle was my only transportation.

Quick car service, no appointment needed.
Went in for a oil change without an appointment was done and completed in about an hour and 45 minutes. Wonderful waiting room also. I will definitely be back again.

Never Fails
I was seen right away and the rep who serviced me took care of me right away. Communication was a plus and overall the timing was pretty fast, location was convenient, and my car is running 100% smoother

The entire team is amazing and even tho I live a 1 hour and 30 mins and I will still go to them I can’t get the service they give me from anywhere else ❤️

Has to wait several days, but good customer service
I didn’t have an appointment but my check engine light came on so I took my car in for service. I was told I would need to wait a week or more for a technician to work my car because there was a backlog for repairs. I had to rent a car which was an extra expense. The customer service was great and the repairs were done well, but having to leave my car and be without my car for over a week was disappointing.
