Confidence & miss communication
I love my Edge but I have had several electrical issues and seems like Mike White Service has had it more than I have! When I bought the car I had Ford Service add a hitch for my bicycle transport. Since this install, the car has been in for blinkers, running lights, auto and other electric issues. Right side went out first around April and I was told it was probably a short in the hitch. Supposably it was fixed. December 2022 the left side went out. These are Safety issues and I was scheduled out to February 16th 2023! I called to move date up if possible and Service accidentally moved me out to March 3rd. I called again but they could only move it to February 13th. They suggested to drop the car off to try and fit it in between appointments. Didn't work. They kept the date to the 13th appointment.
Results I was again told it was the hitch and I could pay to have electrical redone. I never use the car to haul anything so Keven said they could just disconnect. I wasn't willing to pay for another electrical hitch fix that the Ford Service installed and causing the car to have problems. My car is paid off and to replace it is so expensive. I just don't know what to do. I've lost confidence in the car that I love and in Mike White Ford Service to stop these issues. Thank Goodness I bought the 7 year extension on the warranty.

Showed up to my appointment, I was not on their schedule somehow, but, squeezed me in. I was able to get everything done to my vehicle that was needed.

Tail Gate Repair
Recently had the tail gare repaired to prevent its opening while driving. When reading the summary of services after picking it up, the covered repair was far more detailed than I had imagined. The Mike White team did an exceptional job in replacing all the components necessary to assure that the tail gate will not fail while in use. Along with an oil and filter, tire rotation with brake check and all point inspection I am very satisfied that all is well with my truck. Thanks, Mike and the "team"

'Miscommunication 'requires second visit
Went in for an electrical issue and oil/filter change. One tech said couldn't find the problem, one said it was OK, now I have another appointment to fix electrical problem. Oil was changed as promised although it shows 95% used next day.

Above and Beyond!
Brought my f-150 just to see about having my running boards repaired. I figured this repair would be out-of-pocket. Kevyn went out of his way to get this covered by my extended warranty. I am VERY impressed.... and my wife can get in and out of my truck gracefully again!! Happy wife=Happy life!

Broken truck
My 2014 F150 died right in the middle of Neider ave just after pulling out of Costco. I was able to have it towed to Mike White Ford. I explained to the service rep.that I was trapped with out a car. He told me he and his crew would try and squeeze me into the swamped schedule. The service team was able to get me back up and running in three days! They really saved my butt!!! I owe them big time!

Service and Part Recall Work
I took my car in for recall work on a part and was able to have my routine service done without having to make an additional appointment. The work was done promptly with a minimal wait time. I was prepared to wait two or more hours but was pleasantly surprised to have the van finished in a little over one hour! Service personal were friendly and professional, making me feel confident that I had come to the right place. After returning home, I had a question about a test that had been performed. Again, the service rep was so helpful and professional. Thank you Mike White Ford!

Saved the Day
My car had issues the Friday before Christmas and I only have 1 vehicle and grandchildren to drive around in wintery weather. I was nervous about continuing to drive my car with low coolant. Ford got my car in immediately and found the problem. They were hoping to get it fixed before end of day so I would have a vehicle during the holidays. When they realized they were unable to get it fixed before closing they put me in a nice rental that I used over the weekend. I was so thankful and confident I had a reliable vehicle to drive. They made the holidays stress free for my family and I. Thank you Mike White Ford
