First service
After experiencing so drivability issues I was able to get to Mike Whites Service facility. They responded quickly in getting the vehicle looked at. Because a time frame was unavailable for repairs a free loaner was offered. After getting home about 2 hours after dropping off the vehicle I was called that the issue was now resolved. When returning to pick up the vehicle was given a comprehensive explanation of what caused the issue and how it was resolved. The vehicle is currently operating perfectly again. Appreciate the quick response and the attention to customer satisfaction.

Recall
This was a recall for F-150s equipped with the Max Tow package to replace the rear axle assembly because a bolt or bolts could start rattling. They fixed this issue by replacing it with a better bracket.

The appointment went well. I now have a proper right front hub that was taken care of under warranty. With fresh oil my truck is ready for our trip to Alaska.

Kevyn was very helpful and wanted to be sure I wouldn't have any more problems with my truck. He was very professional and kept his word about timing. Then he over delivered and had my truck finished early.

We had a 10 appointment and was told that it would be done about 3. Heard nothing so we came back at about 4. Was told that they had just started and it would be ready in about an hour. No one called. Lack of respect for our time. Communication during the day would have been better

Wireless charger issue
All service items were addressed and resolved with the exception of the wireless charger. I had to make another appointment to get that fixed and it doesn’t sit well with me as this is my only car at the moment

Saving my life
I purchased my vehicle 24 years ago from this establishment and still own my vehicle and it’s a great condition. I brought it in because the brake light kept coming on and had it checked ✅ and I needed new brakes along with fluids and they fixed my back door that was broken for like three years. I appreciate everything they’ve done and saved my life from a horrible accident.

Ford f-150
First thing I had to replace on my 2007 f-150 was a small connector that ran my turn signal. I bought this truck new and nothing has ever quit working so I’m a little out of touch on repair prices. The part price I was charged seemed reasonable, the shop labor charge didn’t. My impression of Mike White Ford is a good one because I’m a ford guy.

Good Service
Took my F-150 in for an oil change and tire rotation. Also had a problem with the door ajar light coming on intermittently. Kevin took good care of me, kept me informed of what was going on, and ultimately isolated the problem with the door sensor and advised me it was covered under warranty. Good service, good communication. That's the norm for Mike White Ford service dept.
