Had a great experience today!!
I took my F150 into Mike White Ford today to have an oil supply tube replaced. I was met, immediately, by a nice young man who let me know where to park and pointed out the service manager who would be in charge of the repairs today.

The service manager, Kevin, was very pleasant and made sure he had my correct cell number. When I scheduled the appointment, I was informed that it might take all day to do the work. I was pleasantly surprised when Kevin called me 3 hours later and said it was ready to be picked up.

All the employees were very friendly and courteous. It couldn’t have been a better experience!!

Always a great experience.
Had a difficult/intermittent concern that was quickly diagnosed, ordered parts and got me back in to do the repair in a timely fashion. Great communication all the way through. Problem Solved! Worked with my 3rd party warranty company so my out of pocket was $0.00!

Presuming all the problems are resolved we will be happy.

Slowly doing better still disappointed
First time taking my truck to Mike White was a horrible experience. Since then I believe they have had a change of staff. Second time in nothing to comment on. Third time in, staff was friendlier but ultimately still disappointing. I would have liked a phone call prior to picking up stating why they are unable to replace/repair a recalled item. At least I would have been able to process my frustration instead of expressing them to the clerk at the counter.

Late mishaps
Everything was good, had a lot of things done. A mechanic forgot to plug something in causing and alarm showing water in fuel. It was good this happened because they also noticed an air pressure alarm. They rotated my tires but didn’t change the pressure between front and back.
The mechanic that helped through the end stuff was apologizing.
Haven’t tested the trailer plug in yet so not sure if that issue was resolved. They said the only replaced part of the connection. I’m trying to stay optimistic and don’t have to go back. It’s a major distraction for me to get there and be at work on time.

Customer Satisfaction Warranty Extension
An appointment was made a month prior to the date of my appointment for a Customer Satisfaction Warranty Extension for the steering linkage. I then later added a LOF and tire rotation. The truck was purchased from Mike White and the tires were installed by Mike White. I was quoted a price for the LOF over the phone, the service writer wasn't going to honor the quote and wanted to charge me for the tire rotation even though I was told when I bought the truck that I had free rotations.

Then to follow that up they couldn't do the warranty work as they didn't have the part. One would think that they would have told me that when I made the appointment, or they would have made sure the part was available when I scheduled the appointment. To top it off historically we have received a free car wash for doing LOF with Mike White and that wasn't offered this time.

Overall, very poor service compared to what I have seen in the past. I have been buying vehicles and having them serviced at this location since Addis owned it.

Illogical, disrespectful, insulting
This issue that we brought the truck in for has been an issue for over a year and a half. Your technician essentially tried to sell me tires. It defies logic that an issue I brought the truck for upwards of 4 times is tires. The only reason that my tires are now worn out is because it takes so long to get an appointment. I will take this all the way up to the region as this is a safety and existential problem with this truck. When I checked the vehicle out the technician dismissed my feedback and concerns and offered no resolution. Furthermore, our truck was ready for several days and no calls were made to myself or my wife and both numbers are on file. I repeat. I will take this issue all the way to the region and corporate until this issue is resolved. I would give 0 stars if possible. We will be leaving the Ford brand, and will shout and warn far and wide to all who will listen as to the utter lack of competence and respect this brand and office have shown.

The service was done in a timely manner however the work to be performed was not followed as requested. Everyone was friendly, though after receiving a service on the vehicle that included tire rotation, I then had to go adjust all tires to proper inflation. The higher tire pressures were left in the front with lower pressure in the rear after the swap. I would have preferred to not have to go do this after taking it to a dealership.

Took longer than I expected but otherwise excellent
I have an unusual problem with my Mach E and the range indicator. A supervisor in the service department was assigned to check on the problem and, over time, the problem has resolved. I appreciated the attention specially given to this issue.
