The guys at Mike White Ford are always so courteous, prompt, and helpful in getting us out as quickly as possible. Plus a free car wash. We wouldn’t take our vehicle anywhere else.

Door won't latch
The rear doors don't allways latch. This problem was not fixed I called right after I got the truck back still do not have a plan or appt. Thank goodness I kept my rope.

A hard run
I bought a 2016 ford fusion in 2022. Two weeks after buying it the engine decided to not work. I took it to Spokane Corwin Ford. They had my vehicle for 11 months. The communication was awful. The service advisor that was helping me ended up being fired because of it. It was a complete nightmare not having a vehicle for a year. Then, I got my car back after 11 months. I drove it for 3 months and went to get my first oil change. The oil change establishment told me there was a leak. So I scheduled an appointment at Mike white due to past references and my husband doing prior business with his company vehicles there. Kevyn Erbe was my service advisor and had the absolute best communication over the two months my vehicle was in the shop. Turns out Corwin did not install my engine properly and I had to get yet another engine installed into my car (all on warranty). Kevyn had excellent customer service, communication, and fast timing. He did well to answer all my questions in a timely manner. Overall, the situation has been terrible. But, Mike White Ford was a much better experience.

Had to get some warranty work on my car and they where able to order the parts which arrived in less than a week and completed the job in one day with great service.

I’ve owned fords for decades now and have experiences at quite a few dealerships. We are a ford family with an F350 dually, Expedition and a GT350R and while we don’t need a ton of service when we do I don’t really consider going elsewhere. Kevyn Erbe especially, and the team go above and beyond.

Valve cover
I got an oil change and they informed me of an oil leak. They got me in for a diagnosis and diagnosed a leaking valve cover. They got to the job quickly and got the job done in a timely manner. When it came time to picking up my truck they informed me that during a previous job doing the timing cover, that the valve cover was altered and that they had made the gasket fail. They covered the job under full warranty. Top notch company who stands by their jobs and owns their mistakes.
