Timely Service, good communication
Parker Ford Service Dept did a good job getting my F150 in for an oil change and compliance with a recall on short notice. My service advisor called me with timely updates and also when my pickup was ready. Thanks, guys!

Excellent service
Fast and courteous service. My service coordinator knew exactly what needed to be done and told me it would be less than an hour to attend to all the service requirements. 35 minutes later the service was completed and I was on my way.....Wonderful! My compliments to Parker Ford...... Thank you!

Parker Ford- customer satisfaction is number 1
I originally bought my ford f150 at parker ford. I have had for years, and will continue to have, my truck maintained and serviced there. Their customer service and satisfaction is portrayed as being their number one priority, and they live up to that lofty goal. My 'go to' service technician, Kevyn, has gone above and beyond, every visit, to make sure I am 100 percent happy. I have never left there feeling anything but satisfied. Thank you Kevyn for always putting a smile on my face and making my day a little brighter. You rock!
