We always get excellent service here. We have been coming here for about 30 years when it was Lake City Ford. So glad that Parker Ford has continued the excellent service. We have bought many cars here including my current car that we purchased two years ago from Parker Ford.

Took my car in to be serviced yesterday. Everyone was very friendly and had my car done in about an hour. I had a few questions, which they took the time to answer and didn't make me feel rushed. I will definitely take my car there for servicing from now on. Thanks!!

Great service that went the extra mile
Pun intended.

I had my oil changed on my 2015 Ruby red Mustang GT. One of the service people noticed a small scratch on my otherwise flawless middle crisis on four wheels. He pointed it out to me and told me that he would have the shop's polish guy buff it out for me.

They did this free of charge without me asking or even knowing about the problem. I love these guys.

Quick and courteous service
4 stars instead of 5 because, again, the records were not accurate, and I was almost charged for a covered service. This is no fault of the service department, however.

Second leased vehicle through this dealership and best service yet.

Great service, but....
Fast, professional service. One complaint. The TV tuned to the 700 Club in the waiting room is absolutely painful. I noticed the same thing on a prior visit.

Prompt reliable service
Had my summer tires mounted and balanced and the oil changed. Accomplished in in a reasonable amount of time, unlike the other dealer that my other car went to for the same service. I was in and out in a little over an hour, the other car dealer took 3 1/2 hours for the same procedure. Looks like I'll be bringing the other car to Parker next year.
