It was very easy to get my vehicle in for an oil change & Tyler went over everything with me and answered all of my questions. Also having the shuttle available at an early hour is a great asset for my early work hours.

Today I found a screw in my tire and Les Schwab in Spokane said the tire was ruined on my new 2017 Ford. I called Tyler at Parker and he said he could get me four tires at $400 less than Les Schwab so I drove out there with my donut tire on and was treated with the utmost kindness and professionalism by everyone not just Tyler! The driver took me where I wanted then picked me up and Tyler got me financed to take care of the bill with no interest!! Definitely made my bad day better! Thank you...

Tyler was great.
This was the best service I have ever received when getting an oil change and tire rotation. In the past as Lake City Ford the services we not good. I have had to mark my tires to ensure they were rotated which more times than not they weren't and they still tried to charge me. I did mark my tires this time also and they were rotated. Also I was told that the service this time would be about an hour and the service was done in less 45 minutes. I am impressed. Thanks

I was very pleased this time when I got my oil change. My Service Advisor Kevyn Erbe told me it would take about an hour and with in a half hour he had called me to let me know my car was ready. He went through all of my paper work and sent me on my way. Last time when I came in for a oil change and a recall, the service department seem to be in a lot of chaos .

I arrived about one-half hour early. Service guys got me right in. Had vehicle serviced (lube, oil change, etc.) and tires rotated. Was out in less than one hour. No one tried to sell me any extra services or parts. Outstanding experience.

Customer service was excellent!
The customer service was excellent. I drove from Spokane Valley because the response when I phoned the two Spokane Ford dealers attempting to make an appointment for an oil change was unsatisfactory. Poor customer service from then and little interest in serving the customer. The days of poor customer service being acceptable are long gone fellas.
