Parker has impressed me with their prompt professionalism, quality of service, concern for my needs, and treating me like an endeared family member and all at a very reasonable price. The sweet van driver Lu was so kind and helpful. Everyone was very friendly and helpful!

I brought my vehicle in for a service and was greeted promptly Rick who was very professional...he thanked me for coming into Parker Ford, located my appointment and introduced me to Kevin who I found to be so helpful and professional as well. Kevin escorted me to the NEWLY remodeled waiting area, told me exactly ho long the service would be...this team was PERFECT...I LOVE MY DEALERSHIP!

Great Service
This was the first time I have taken one of 2 Fords I own to Parker Ford for a service. Short of being told the appointment was the day before the day my Ford was brought in, the service was great. I plan to have my second Ford in for an extensive service check up in the near future.

Beautifully detailed
From the service, communication between myself and the dealership to the amazing detail job they did on my wife's car, these guys are 5 stars in my book. Sometimes at businesses employees don't get the same treatment but this was not the case here. Keep up the good work!
