Overall I am pleased with my repair as my extended warranty covered the cost, however, my car could have been washed and vacuumed as it was there for over two weeks. That would have been 5 star service!

Keith Flynn, service manager quickly addressed an issue that occurred after my service appointment that was related to pricing and an associate. Keith was very understanding of my concern and I was very appreciative of his resolution. I am confident that the next service experience will be a good one that will keep me coming back to Wesley Chapel Hyundai for my car needs.

For if the last year I have been experiencing 5 star service. I have a dealership here in Lakeland where I live and I choose to drive to Wesley Chapel because they always make me feel so comfortable and if I have any questions they make sure they take care of everything Everybody that I've encountered have been extremely Considerate . Service great, BUT
The BUT part....I went to this dealer to buy a car. I picked out a turbo Sonata that I really liked. I wanted a cash price but they kept talking payments. They would not tell me the price because they claimed I would take that price to another dealer to get a better price. So, I went to another dealer and I bought a car, for cash.

Rims replaced
I was in for service and pointed out that the coating on the rims was flaking off. My service tech Justin ordered new rims. They sent me a text that the rims were in and replaced all 4.

repair lock on driver side door
I was satisfied with the visit to fix the lock on the driver side door. It was difficult to open and sometimes the lock would pop out altogether. Kevin was very helpful and let me know how the job was progressing as I waited. I always get good service by your service dept.
