Professional and courteous service
I had an issue with the sunroof. Justin from Service made sure to tell me that the repair would take approximately 30 days due to the piece needed. Meanwhile I was provided a rental car and Justin made sure to make the entire process very easy for me. I had a very good experience and found Justin to be extremely helpful and courteous.

Great service people for the most part.
I needed a standard LOF, Tire rotation, and the lift door in the back had a hole punched in the back of it so I needed that replaced. Everyone was nice and very accomodating, with the visit taking just an hour or so which made me happy that I didn't have to wait any longer.

Mostly a good experience.
The guy who puts the plastic in your car and moves cars coughed straight into my car without turning his head or trying to cover his cough. When I spoke to him he just acted like it didn't matter. Not okay with me!!

I was not able to make an appointment so I showed up first thing in the morning and Justin was able to get me right in for my oil change and tire rotation. I was out of there in 1 hour and 10 minutes. Justin made my day. Thanks Justin.

Not Happy about lack of Scheduling Times
Was told no oil change times for the next 2 months. BUT I can bring it in BUT I may have to wait up to 4 - 6 hours for it to be completed.
