Rated too quickly...failed to reset service reminder
Took my Tucson in for routine maintenance 2 weeks ahead of dashboard reminder. Service was quick but today I am still getting notifications of upcoming service. I called the service department and they tell me that they must have forgot to reset the service reminder and asked if I could come back by since it can't be done remotely. Seriously this would be annoying anytime but in the current social distancing world this is ludicrous. The dealer was not overwhelmed so no excuse for such a simple oversight. I am getting very disillusioned with this service department.

Was met at entrance immediately and was taken to waiting area that supplied drinks and assorted machines for eating supplies...wait time was short...let us be aware of process of work being done...escorted us out to car when finished...

Wesley Chapel Hyundai Service reps are always courteous and friendly. Wait time for service is much less than the wait time I’ve experienced at other dealerships and auto service centers. I like the flexible schedules for service. I’m on my third Hyundai Santa Fe so perhaps I’m just a little pro-Hyundai. My overall experience with this dealership has been very positive.

Car service for my 30, 000 miles.
The service was great. I am very pleased with the price and the staff. Didn't have to wait too long getting my car back on the road.

2015 Sonata Warranty Engine Replacement
My 2015 Sonata was having engine failure I was very upset and frustrated with the fact the car had just reached over 100k and the engine failed on my way to the dealership. When I got there I was greeted by Justin he calmed me down and assured me the engine would be covered and replaced at no cost. I was very relieved to hear that they provided me with a rental and completed the work in less time than expected. The Sonata has a new engine and Justin even extended my rental while I was out of town for the holidays. Thank you Justin for the service you and the techs in the shop provided.
