Hello was there
Christmas day my starter died. Dec 26 called Hyundia of Wesley Chapel got their full cooperation I had the car towed there had it back the same day.

Trusting the Techs for a Safe Ride
I was greeted immediately when I drove up to the service line, and invited to the service desk for a regular oil, filter & check the car’s vitals – fluid levels, tire pressure….in the process, was informed of needing a wheel alignment. (At first I sank – thinking “the stereotype repair scenario”) But I had noticed holding the steering wheel tighter to sustain a stable position on the road.
Of course, I didn’t welcome an added expense, but since I had experienced this poor steering, I approved it. It was like night ’n day. The car handled so much better.
I’d like to thank techs R Elkins, P Mowery and L Williams from a past visit. Customers see the friendly service advisors yet, the techs are the folk I trust my car will be safe and run well, thank you, and thank all the service team. Pj

Good but overworked
The service staff are nice, price is fair and they seem honest, never trying to force me to but something However they seem disorganized when it comes to ordering parts, and they seem to be overwhelmed with work when I call or go in.

Justin was awesome! The whole shop is a great team. They keep a record of previous recommendations and don't strong arm you to do things you may not be able to do at the moment. Went in for an oil change and was reminded I was over due for an alignment, so they were able to accommodate me and get that done as well. Car runs great now and definitely notice the difference with the alignment being done. I have a 2013 Elantra I purchased here and it runs great with over 112K miles on it. Absolutely getting my next vehicle with Hyundai.

I had a warning light come on. Made appointment went they sorted it out straight away it was to do with gas cap not being tight enough. Didn’t charge me we’re very polite about my stupidity too!
