Service advisor poor communication
Had trouble getting service advisor to update when he said he would. Car in service for extended period (26 days). Poor communication until service Dept director took over case and began updating us when he said he would. Still do not feel AC is 100% fixed and not getting a return call from advisor after 2 messages left for him.

This visit was not a good service department interaction. Prior visits were ok, but this time, not so much. We are happy with our vehicle, however, less than satisfied with the service department on this occasion.

I've been buying my cars and having scheduled maintenance through their service department since 2007. I've never had a complaint about customer service or quality of work performed.

Reliable and trustworthy
This is my preferred location for service and repairs. I have done a few. Prices are comparable, but you know the work will be done properly. I feel comfortable when I drop my car for repairs. I don't feel pressured into additional work.
