BAD BATTERY
I had to replace my battery Oct 19. On the 27th my car would take start. Once I got it started I rushed to the dealer (24 miles in 6pm traffic!) I hadn't even put the car in park and the tech came out to replace the battery. It was shipped with a dead cell. Even though it was nearly closing time, they took the time to check the car to make sure there was nothing else going on. They popped the new battery in, and I was on my way! I did have an issue with the roadside assistance, as they wouldn't come into the parking garage where the car was parked, but due to the good advise of one of the dealer staff, we did get it going!

They are wonderful
I walked in and the white guy said someone will be right with you, as he literally sat there and did nothing.... the nice black man walked in and assisted me right away. I wish I could remember his name but he was the nicest man. Service was great as always and they even washed my car without me asking which was a plus! I never have any problems coming here and the guys and girls are super polite.

Although the service tech could not find the answer to the problem with my 2020 Sonata, they did try and were in communication with Hyundai.

New Customer Lease and Service
I recently leased my Sonata from Wesley and John Demarco and Will Tousey who are REAL Gentlemen.
The Lease went extremely well and my first Oil service with the 3 year included Maintenance package for my Sonata couldn't have gone any smoother. I was so impressed with all involved being so polite and efficient with the drive up and notification when car was finished and delivered.

Hyundai of Wesley Chapel Service Department is very efficient, especially with ease of appointments and dropping off/picking up the vehicle. I was in and out of the facility within 5 minutes for both drop-off and pick-up.

Good place to service a car.
Next time I will be more careful reading their coupon. Shop supplies cost need to be clarified. I would suggest a total out-the-door price on offers.
The reason I do service at a dealer is expecting good service from a dealer. To me the work itself is good.
