Wesley chapel Hyundai services was oustanding
The Service Manager was personable and gave personal service to understand my needs. I am a disabled vet whose husband died recently and The manager made sure my vehicle was properly serviced.

Took my car in for scheduled 7500 maintenance…..oil was changed but that was it. Tires should’ve been filled and rotated, fluids should’ve been topped off, car should’ve been returned washed, and the car was returned with approximately 25 more miles on it than when I drove it in. Additionally, scheduling the visit was an absolute nightmare. The website wouldn’t work and then when I called to schedule they couldn’t fit me in for MORE THAN A MONTH for a standard appointment. Service is usually pretty good here but this experience was not.

Lithia Motors Doesn’t care about its customers!!!
I’ve been dealing with this dealership for 12 years and they are nothing but exceptional, professional, and customer friendly! All that changed when Lithia motors purchased them. Lithia Motors has managed to implement policies that inconvenience customers and cost them more money. The employees know it and openly talk about it. John Gauvey is the only reason I continue to deal with this dealership and their poor ownership. Lithia motors has ruined what John Garvey and Scott Fink have spent years building.

Always Great Service
It seems like every time I go to my local dealership, they get quicker and quicker. Or I just choose the right day/time, lol. I wouldn't take my Kona anywhere else because they do such a great job!
