Excellent service and courtesy ride
I had 2 recalls corrected on my F150 and the Works oil change. Used some of my Ford Pass points that I got when I bought the vehicle. All work was done by noon. Truck drives fine! Courtesy car driver very friendly and prompt. Great experience!

Work on my 2014 Ford Foces SE
I had the most amazing experience. Christian was exceptionally professional, communicated very well and never left me hanging. It was the best experience I've ever had, and it meant so much to me. Christian followed through and was very informative on all details and work, etc. Christian in my eyes went way above and beyond and what he did helping me through my process was spot on top notch. Thank you so so much Christian from the bottom of my heart my experience from you means the world to me. Keep it up, more employees need to be exactly like you. Christian is definitely a 5 ?plus.

Saved our roadtrip
We were traveling through Idaho when we started having trouble with our Ford F-150. We must have called 10 different area ford dealerships, and Mike White Ford was the only one to phone, let alone return our messages! Even though they were slammed busy and had no reason to help us -- they went out of their way to get us in and take a look at what was wrong. Not only did we get in an awesome car for the day while they took a look at what was wrong, but they were able to fix the vehicle and get us back on the road the same day. It was amazing experience. Props to Tyler and Christian for getting me in and taken care of and all of us back on the road again. We were having a rough go already -- and it was just such a great thing to be treated like neighbors even though we were from way out of town.

Thanks again, Mike White Ford! I've come to trust you with my truck and always receive prompt service. I was promised the car to be returned by 11am and got a call at 10:30 that it was ready. The service guys at the front desk are super friendly and the service has always been top notch. Mike White Ford is where my truck will always be service and where I will purchase my next truck!
