Went in with a "vague" problem. A ticking sound location unknown. The team worked on it all day before defining the problem. Appreciated their resolve in finding the problem. Great job.

Outstanding!
Christian in service dept, is always going above and beyond for customers and he did it with me again! Had some issues with vehicle and he handled them quickly and got me out of there with plenty of time to spare before my next appt. Mechanics thorough and fix it the first time. No bring backs. Always a pleasure doing business with Mike white ford!

My previous visit at Mike White Ford was for service and to check out a certain situation. All was taken care of in a short amount of time , so all is good. I have ALWAYS been treated with respect and like I'm part of the Ford Family at Mike White Ford. Everyone has become my friend , and it's always a pleasure to just drop in for chat , coffee , meet new friends and learn about the Ford product line. If anyone is looking for a vehicle there , ask for " Curly " !! I highly recommend him , and he will do his very best to also make you a satisfied customer.

I had clear communication and was well taken care of. The services staff went above and beyond to find the issues with my vehicle. They paid attention to my schedule as a mom and made sure I had a vehicle and that I was taken care of as fast as possible. It always impresses me that they remember details about me and my life that help me when something like a car breaks down.

Vehicle recall on 2021 Expedition
Work was expeditiously scheduled when called after receiving Recall notification from Ford Motor Co. Repair carried out professionally. Shuttle home from dealer offered & done for customer.
Have purchased multiple cars from this dealer, & have been very satisfied with all aspects,& plan to use for purchase again in near future.

Excellent Service and Communication!
After having a bad experience with a mechanic from out of town, who had left our car running poorly, Christian took us under his wing providing us with excellent service, concern and communication. He listened well to what had happened to us; and after the diagnostic, he led the way to make all corrections, and give us much needed support and clarification to what had happened with the previous mechanic. Without our even asking, he made sure we had documentation of the repairs which Ford had to correct from the previous repair. As well, Christian made sure any damaged parts were saved for us. He clearly explained and showed us what damage had been done by the earlier mechanic. Christian communicated clearly and compassionately from the beginning to the end, giving us a time frame and understanding of what was being done. He was open, honest and upbeat, helping us with advice and a solution to what had happened.

We couldn't be happier. And upon completion, he was right! My car has never run better. 😃 So relieved to have my car back and to feel confident that it was now done correctly and in a timely manner!!

The folks at Mike White Ford were quick to diagnose and repair my rear axle leak. There was a recall on my truck equipped with the max tow package. My truck was coverd by the recall, the axle repair was done quickly with no hesitation by the dealer. I am extremely pleased with the service and can rest assured that our upcoming trip to Yellowstone NP will not be impacted by an unexpected axle problem.

Mike White Ford was able to find the right part for my vehicle, even though it was hard to find. They were able to do the work for $400 less than they quoted me. I was extremely happy with the results. The car works better than ever. The staff was very pleasant. I have taken my car numerous times to fix things.

Parts were reasonable, labor costs were ridiculous, took awhile to get repairs completed, had damage on back fender that wasn’t there when took it in, and no rental compensation for a car when they kept it for over 9 days.
Customer service was the only good thing that came out of this experience.

Scheduled service appointment
I called for a service appointment and was given the earliest which was two weeks out. When I arrived for my appointment at 8am, I was told that it wouldn’t be looked at until sometime in the afternoon. I was given a shuttle ride home. I was called 6 hours later and told it was ready. I got a shuttle ride to the lot. I was told it just needed a software update. I was then given my paperwork. When I got home, I realized they gave me paperwork for someone else’s vehicle. The shuttle driver also told me how he was short handed and all the issues he was currently having.
