Cameron helped my wife and me to delete our old Escape and replace it with the new Escape Platinum on the Ford cell phone app. Unfortunately he did not have enough time to explain that this 2026 Escape has no key fob caddy to use if your fob battery died an you need to start your car. Also, the factory set door keypad code failed to work, so we couldn't set our own code. This can be corrected soon. We live the new car!
