Speedy service when they finally conducted the correct service
Here's our history:
* Service provider found a cosmetic defect in the interior trim. Ford missed it.
* Brought car in for inspection. Ford confirmed defect and ordered part.
* Many weeks later, brought in car for servicing. Ford realized that the part ordered is not the part actually needed.
* Ford ordered the correct part.
* Many weeks later (again), brought in car for servicing. They serviced it quickly.

Folks were friendly and courteous the whole time.

Excellent Service
Our Service Advisor, Christian, was very efficient, kept us well informed, and was polite and courteous. He quickly introduced me to the shop foreman, Dwayne, who rode in the vehicle to analyze the problem. Within 5 minutes he accurately determined the problem, assigned a mechanic, determined parts availability, and managed the repairs to completion, along with Christian.
Dirk was a very pleasant, courteous young man with a smile while shuttling me home and returning the next day. Excellent customer service.
It is obvious Mike White Ford has great leadership, expert technicians, excellent teamwork, and a happy, talented workforce in the Maintenance Department.
I highly recommend Mike White Ford!

Great service
We have a recall item and one repair. They did everything we needed, quickly. They also did a multipoint inspection and found our breaks were about shot. They called, then did the work. Great stuff! Only bummer was scheduling an appointment...they were 2 months out.

Always excellent
I have a fleet of Fords that we do our own basic maintenance and repairs, but for the challenging or larger jobs we take everything to Mike White Ford. They always get my work done in a timely manner and I always feel like the price is more than fair. I would struggle to get anything done without their continuous help. Very Professional, Clean Work Place, VERY NICE PEOPLE!!!
The work was very professionaly done, on time as promised, did the work as needed and went the extra mile to check my brake pads, tire pressure, and under the hood. I highly recommend this team at Mike White Ford. JOB WELL DONE!! I have had work done in the past and will continue in the future!!

One of my best experiences ever
My vehicle would clunk when I put it in reverse. It didn't always happen but it started the day I bought the car, new in 2017. I'd taken it back to the dealership where I bought it and they sorta blew me off and said it's normal. They told me it had floating brake pads and the clunk was the pads shifting when I put it in reverse. I let it go for awhile but looked online to see that it wasn't an uncommon problem for my vehicle but it was somehow related to the transmission. I finally took it to Mike White Ford, thinking they probably wouldn't be able to duplicate it or fix it. Much to my pleasant surprise, they were able to duplicate it and fix it. The best part...it cost me NOTHING!

Car Repair. Wouldn't start consistently.
Fast, effective service.
Provided car during service period. Feel confident they did the best work at a reasonable cost. Was there for only five minutes for pick-up, which included: turning in service car, paying for service and having my car driven to me from service lot.
