Explorer Recall
We purchased a new explorer in 2022. Due to the chip shortage it didn't have rear seat controls. When in for another service, the sales manager recognized us and asked if he could help. He walked us over to service and parts himself. He was able to get the parts approved and shipped. We were assisted in scheduling the appointment. Truly exceptional service. About a week before the appointment my wife was admitted to the hospital. Service then offered a Valet service to pick the car up and drop it off. They picked it up did the service and returned the car. Amazing service from management all the way down. Everyone we have ever interacted with at Mike White Ford was incredible. Best dealership around!

When I checked in to my appointment, was handled quickly. Work was performed on time and my vehicle was delivered to my home on completion. Was not aware this delivery service was available but was certainly appreciated. The service writer was very helpful thought out the process, and communicated timely with an updated status.

Mike White Ford is Amazing
I had the best Experience at Mike White Ford yesterday. I realize how busy everyone is these days with the influx of people moving here so it is definitely challenging and affecting the timeline of getting help when something goes wrong with our vehicles. We all want it done on command but as much as we want this to happen it cannot always be the case. My service writer Christian did everything within his will power to address my concerns and he also kept me informed as to when my truck would available. I so much appreciate the hard work at this dealership. They have put together an awesome Team at Mike White Ford.

New vehicle's issue not repaired
My 2023 Maverick hybrid experienced a computer software issue with 225 miles on the odometer eight days after I purchased it. I repeatedly attempted to start it on Friday, Nov. 3, and it would not start --giving me nonsensical error warnings about brakes and stopping (I made a 48-second video of it on my cell phone and have the video in my possession).

I called Ford towing and, after about an hour, when the tow truck was within five miles, I gave it one last try and the truck started, after wiping out my bluetooth settings and phone-pairing. The service dept. at the dealership were friendly and courteous. However, the technician stated they thought the problem was likely a "networking" issue; they admitted they couldn't fix the issue, but promised it was unlikely to ever happen again.

I have lost confidence in this new truck. I bought it new precisely so I would have no worries about the mysterious repair issues that can arise with used vehicles.

Instead, I find that after paying $29,000 I have the same anxiety as a used truck owner.

Is this truck a lemon? Do I deserve a new replacement in exchange for it? I'll let the Ford Motor Co. decide and judge your integrity accordingly.

Post-script: I gave the dealership an overall rating of average (three stars) solely out of respect for the technician who endeavored to solve the issue. My attempts to communicate with the owner of the dealership were ignored.

I can't see how a new truck whose problem can't be repaired is not replaced with one that does not exhibit any technical defects. I am dissatisfied with this situation.

Service Dept went above and beyond!
Christian the service writer really helped us out. My son is active duty and on leave. The used truck we bought from Mike White started having transmission issues. Christian coordinated everything and managed to expedite repairs so that my son could drive it 1500 miles back to his duty station. Thank you to the Christian, the entire service department, and Mike White Ford!

The lay out of the Couer d’ Alene Mike Whites Ford service dept is very nice. Flows. I think it helps with production. All the employees were wonderful. Work as a team. Fast service. Explained diagnosis well. Places to park when arrived.
