its a ford

ok car, nothing great. Hybred so it gets good mileage but it steers weird and it has ghosts all the time, Back lid won't open and or then it won't close, engine light comes on, goes off, weird stuff - ghosts.

Love my car

I purchased this vehicle new from Mike White and it's been Great. No mechanical problems but I did hit something in the road and we were waiting for parts and they gave me a rental car for 3 days no charge. I appreciate the customer service.

great car

We love the car, it handles well in snow, has a lot of great features. and very comfortable to drive and ride in, the back seat has lots of leg room and the way back can hold a months' worth of groceries in the back without over, stacking them. I am glad we bought our car.

Escape 2020

I really enjoy driving my escape. I find it easy to handle. It has many features that make it comfortable and luxurious. It is a hybrid and I enjoy getting about 40 miles to the gallon. Still haven’t mastered all the extras!

Don't Buy Ford

I would give the car itself 2 or 3 stars, but the Ford service criminals bring it down to 1 star. I've been lied to multiple times about things they claim need to be replaced. I won't buy Ford again

Love the ride and fuel economy

Getting 35 plus MPG which, with todays gas prices, is making me a happy camper. Only 2 gripes, ist one, minor. - My 2009 Escape had an automatic dimming rear view mirror, which dimmed automatically if a vehicle was behind you with high beams at night. Why was this eliminated? 2nd MAJOR gripe. My 2009 Escape allowed the rear seats to fold down FLAT, creating a huge FLAT cargo area. Some idiot decided that the seats remain at an incline when folded down, creating an incline in half of the cargo area. WHY MESS WITH A GOOD IDEA? If I had known this in advance, I WOULD NOT have purchased a 2020 Escape.

It has been in the shop over two months since I bought it.

Took over two months to figure out the problem. Not happy with the car at all..... tried to do the buy back said no

I love my new car

I was in the market for a new car that would be smaller than an Explorer and better gas mileage. Tyler, at Mike White Ford in CDA directed me to the Hybrid Escape. I originally went there to check out the Ecosport. After looking at the Ecosport I realized it was not what I wanted so took a look at Tyler's recommendation of the Hybrid Escape. It was perfect! Since purchasing the 2020 Hybrid Escape I have driven a non hybrid 2020 Escape as well as the 2019 Escape with ecoboost and didn't care for either of them at all....so definitely thrilled with the choice I made. Is comfortable to drive and ride in, good amount of "trunk" space, love the moon roofs and the gas mileage.
