Every time I go here, the staff are happy to see me and are ready to jump in and take care of what I'm there for. They work at making sure I know the outcome of the service and take the time to explain all aspects of the diagnosis and the repair.

Great service and excellent prices on tires.

I had my work truck serviced for a brake related recall, but also to have the tires replaced, the oil changed, and to look at the heater/air conditioning system which was not blowing very much air. The truck was dropped off at 8:30 AM, and I was told that it would be ready at 3:30 PM. The truck was ready at 3:00, and the air conditioning issue turned out to be a cabin filter. The price on the tires was excellent, much lower than the local competitors for a name brand tire. I will be a return customer.

At first, I was told it would be a month out to get some warranty work done on my truck sky roof... however, I got a call the next day from Pat saying he could get me in "tomorrow morning". I took the truck in and had it back within 72 hours, completely done! Thanks, guys!!!

Excellent customer service!

I had an issue with a newer ford f150 that I had recently purchased (oil leak) made an appointment, took the truck in ,they assessed the problem assured me it would be taken care of. The service department called the next morning to let me know the truck was repaired and ready for pick up. the service agent was very friendly and knowledgeable and professional. I feel that I received exceptional service from Mike white ford!

We came from the coast our check engine light came on for the third time had already taken it to Ford on the coast, stopped by Ford in Coeur d’Alene and they brought let us bring it in the next day. They figured out it was a recall and fixed it that day for free. Thank you so much to Mike White Ford.

Scheduled me to wait...45 minutes before mechanics

The scheduler could have significantly helped connect the dots here. I was having a simple download of info taken. It took all of 5 minutes. They scheduled me however at 7:15 AM. Upon arrival, I was informed the mechanics don’t start until 8am. So I waited around unexpectedly and avoidably.

The work that needed to be done...fixing the passenger heat seating mechanism was repaired. The only downside to this was it took this 2nd visit to get fixed. I had brought in before & was told it was fixed & it wasn't. When this was pointed out that still wasn't working my husband & I were given various reasons that this seat was different than how the other seats in the vehicle worked. So I just dropped it. Then decided no that this should be able to get fixed...was firm about it this time & it got done. So this is why the 5 stars

Easy 5 stars

First experience with Mike White Ford. From the phone call to schedule service to my arrival and departure I would give 10 stars if able. Staff was friendly, attentive and made me feel well cared for. So I had no thoughts that my car wouldn't be cared for the same way. Very pleasant experience and will most definitely be returning for anything my car needs.

Nice people, but didn't fix the problem!

I took my 2020 F-350 in because the driver door lock works inconsistently. When it gets below freezing it doesn't work at all. I have read many online owner reviews of this problem and it seems to be quite common, and is usually fixed by replacing the actuator. I told them all of this in great detail and left my truck there for an entire day. The dealership did give me a ride to work which I appreciate, however when I returned I was told that because the door lock issue was related to freezing, they could not repair it unless they could check it while frozen and not working. They said I would have to leave the truck overnight in freezing weather so they could check it in the morning, and to be sure and bring it back if it happened again. Guess what, it happened the very next morning when I went out to start it! Very predictable. There are a couple of problems with the recommended remedy. The first is how do you determine that it will get cold enough on a specific night to make sure it is "frozen enough?" In this climate it is anybody's guess. Spring is approaching so I guess maybe next December or January? Secondly, by the time the truck was inside to work on it, it would likely be thawed out enough so it would work fine. I am not willing to experiment with the weather to do this until the problem can be solved. I need the truck, its not a convenient thing to leave it overnight. So, basically I was told in a nice way that they either couldn't or wouldn't fix the problem. It's the temperature's fault, right? I don't know why they just didn't replace the switch or actuator, or whatever it is. It would have been worth a try. I am sure freezing weather and improperly working door locks are not just something you have to live with on an $80,000+ truck. I also purchased extended warranty coverage as well and the truck is still under factory warranty. I have determined I will take it to another dealership to see if they can do better. At this point it seems to be my only choice.
