3 year warranty issue resolved
Adam R stayed working with a 3 year, non-dealership Ford warranty issue through it's successful resolution. "Hats off" to Adam, with my sincere appreciation and gratitude. My issue wouldn't have been completed, I think, if it wasn't for his involvement and willingness to work on my behalf. Thank you Adam, and Mike White Ford.

Mike white ford has misplaced the concept of service. In my world when I make an appointment for an oil change, I expect this to take about an hour ; not six. This is the third time , and the last, that you will waste my time

Factory Recall
Factory recall for wiring harness problem. 6 hrs to put a zip tie on a wire. When I arrived to pick up truck, attendant brought it around with just enough snow removed to get it to the front of the building. Now the truck is giving me a trailer brake error message with no trailer attached which evidently means there is a short in the wiring harness on the truck…. Uugh.

Made an appointment. I arrived on time. I asked how long it would take to do the service and four new tires they had it done in 2 1/2 hours. I was impressed..
I always do my service and what I can at the dealer where I purchased my 2020 F350 truck. Ill keep going back to Mike White Ford..

2022 F-250 would not start.
Mike White Fords service managerial team and technicians went above and beyond to get my truck back to me as soon as possible. They originally said it would be 2-3 weeks and knowing I use my truck daily for work they had an opening early, and got my truck up and running in 4 days. Great job, thank you.
