Like the car except for a few minor problems

I really like the car, especially the safety features. The blind spot safety is excellent, and I also like the feature that lets you back the car out of a tight parking space remotely. . My issue is with the ergonomics. It is awkward reaching back for the seat belt or the middle storage compartment, and the seatbelt connector is tucked tightly down between the seat and the center console. These may be minor quirks but irritating since they affect me every time I use the car. Otherwise, the car is very nice, and the 5-year warrantee is great.

Awesome Ride

I have had our 2022 Tucson Plug-in for almost 3 years and have been impressed with it's ride, comfort, inside and outside styling, electric range, and the multitude of safety features. I would highly recommend this vehicle!

Great, but could be better

Positives are the design, the interior, the infotainment, the automated driving features, the ventilated and heated seats. Negatives are the poor clarity on the Bose Premium stereo, the low efficiency while in both EV-only mode (80 MPGe), the ride quality, and having an unnecessarily large wheel size (19"). Ride quality and efficiency is always better with a smaller wheel size and larger tire sidewall.

Awful customer support

Vehicle does what it is suppose to do but when it breaks down, customer support is not helpful at all. My vehicle broke down more than 4 times and it was bought brand new in 2022. Everytime it is brought into the dealership, it’s a nightmare. I constantly have to be on the phone with Hyundai USA to get a loaner since dealerships pick and choose when they have some available. Even when they returned the vehicle back after it was “fixed” and I noticed a major problem with it, I was told to just call and schedule an appointment. I ended up with my wife and 1 year old stranded on the side of the road in the pouring rain for an hour until help arrived. Other than customer service being helpless, the vehicle itself is good. Won’t say reliable but good. The plug in option saves a lot of $ on gas. Decent SUV but I do not recommend for a family with kids. Too many issues that will not be resolved in a timely manner.

Never had a problem with tuscon...and.the sales staff and service staff are super tooois is my 3rd one

This vehicle has good design, style and elegance

This Hyundai 2022 Tucson provides legance, combided with excellent enginering and manufacturing. It is fun to drive with comfort and above average miles per gallon / electric (in auto mode 52 miles per gallon).

This review is making me VERY annoyed. Hyandai Tucson that I purchased is great. I just wish I could get my refund/reimbursement check for the tow I paid for that did not need to be towed. I also wish that I didn't get ripped off for the so called $2000 market adjustment charge. Do you think you could give me the $2000 back? If you could I would shout out from the highest mountain my praises of Hyundai Auto.

Tucson 2022 hybrid plug in

Excellent fuel economy . Fun to drive. Car style is beautiful. Battery charges quickly on a level 2 charger. One think to note is that a emergency spare tire is a must it would not take to much to supply it.

Great Car with Minor Issues

30 miles range in fully electric drive mode interior and exterior styling and materials are nice adaptive cruise control and lane keeping assist work well on well marked roads no wireless CarPlay side-view camera display is obscured and can be difficult to see especially in low light conditions object avoidance alerts regularly mis-triggered when completely stopped no CarPlay navigation in driver HUD no way to replace dial speedometer with digital text speedometer

poor; the answer is still the same. We drove from Mississippi to Preston Hyundai in Maryland to buy a Tucson Plug-in vehicle like we wanted. We got taking advantage of and was sold a car that had electrical problems from being damaged by rodents from the chicken houses located across the road from the dealership. We started having problems with the AC on the way back to Mississippi. Shame, shame on Preston Hyundai and Hyundai motors.

Love the Car - but cut back on safety measures is extremely disappointing

Hyundai made the decision to no-longer feature the in-car navigation. Instead - use your phone....WHILE DRIVING! And the phone has issues staying connected. Also - they got ride of the spare tire - for fuel efficiency. Two decisions that are both safety related.

Great looking and dependable vehicle

This vehicle performs well and is very economical in gas. I usually get between 600 and 700 miles per gas tank. This is my 7th hyundai that I own. I considered buying a Toyota, but in my opinion the Tucson is a better choice and the warranty cant be compared to any other vehicle outhere.

Poor experience

Fuel mileage is great, but battery needs constant recharging after every use, rising cost of electricity does not offset fuel economy. Salesman lied about power company installing 220v charging system, so it takes 24 hrs to recharge with supplied charger. We bought this car in the fall of 2022, we were told the 2023 models were not available, the only color we could get was white, very disappointed we were charged a huge additional dealer markup for a vehicle already a model year old at time of purchase

Great Vehicle

I am so happy I got the top of the line Limited Edition. I especially like the full suite of safety features. The PHEV is great around town and I never have to worry about range while on longere trip because of the Hybrid motor. This is a GRET Car!

It’s a good vehicle.

Overall is good vehicle print so far has been very reliable. So far the dealership has been very reliable. The overall range of the battery could be higher. When the battery is in use, the car runs very smooth.

Great car all around.

Bought this new at a time when they were hard to obtain. Have been completely satisfied with every aspect of the vehicle with the exception of paint blemishes on delivery. Hyundai (Route 112- Medford NY) offered me no satisfaction in resolving the issue, so the only issue is with dealership, not vehicle which is proving to be fantastic.

Love this vehicle, especially the economic factor.

So far I have driven this vehicle about 7000 miles. Mostly local but had a few trips of 200 miles and one which was 400 miles. Other than slightly louder interior noise and a little rougher ride it has been a excellent vehicle. I love it.

Better than rave4

Don’t waste your money on rav4. Tucson is a better choice with a better warranty and better looking car. Test drive it and give it a chance. Dealership and associates are friendlier and will take better care of you

Nice car drives well and comfortable interior

Very nice car but electronics can be overwhelming to download updates for navigation I think the dealer should take more responsibility and helping people with out computer knowledge and how to do down loading and installing software
