Fun to drive

Good value for money. Reasonable choice if you don't need a Tucson or Santa Fe. The two wheel powered version is sufficient in the Bay Area. If you like skiing, however, you should consider the AWD version.

Hyundai Kona Night

This was the first of three cars I test drove. It met all my requirements regarding size, ease of use, fuel economy. The price was reasonable and I bought it. Have not regretted my decision yet after 2 1/2 years.

Love my Kona. Great fun to drive

Love my Kona. Great fun to drive. Dependable and cute. Have enjoyed each and every trip, short or long. Love the heated seats, SiriusXM radio and GPS features. Small and easy to park and gets good gas mileage also.

Nice car, but its a theft target now

The car itself is nice, but i will always have to worry about it being stolen from now on. I would not buy another hyundai vehicle for this reason. Hyundai handled this issue very poorly.they claimed to give out free wheel locks, but i was then told i would have to pay for it. And it doesnt stop theives from smashing my window.

Great AWD

This is a great AWD vehicle with the options you would want in a vehicle : Great safety features, drives well, Bluetooth, great suspension, power to easily accelerate, handles well in snow and ice, great warranty

Bought it new, numerous issues have arisen since

It’s a decent car, but I’ve run into way too many issues since buying it. I bought a new with the hopes that nothing would be wrong with it, but since buying I’ve had to get the engine replaced and have had to coordinate major car repair due to attempted theft as a result of a security software feature not being present in the car at the time of purchase.

Love my Kona!

I had to replace a much-loved 13-year-old Accent and ended up with this very attractive and fun red Kona. It has much the same "driving feel" as my Accent, but with many new features, better acceleration, more carrying space, and a much quieter interior. I am leasing this vehicle and will probably replace it with a new Kona next year.

I love my Kona

I was unsure about it at first, but now I can't see myself owning anything else but a Hyundai Kona. I would even consider another model of Hyundai (new or uses). I have a 2023 Nissan Versa SV, and will very likely trade it in for a Hyundai.

Nice little car.

This is a nice little car for running around. It gets decent gas milage and is easy to drive. It has a lot of power and accelerates nicely merging onto the freeway. Overall I am very pleased with my Kona and it will serve me well during my retirement years.

One hot little car!

I am glad we have this turbo-charged vehicle. It is very responsive, drives smoothly in acceleration, stopping, and steering in our mountainous terrain. Love the way all-wheel drive automatically kicks in when needed on icy roads. And the way the lights come on in right and left turns to better illuminate the road ahead and to the side.

Great compact SUV

When looking for a car I was looking for something that I would be happy driving that wasn’t too little or too much. This fits that description perfectly. It’s got all the great aspects of an SUV with the compact size of a car. I have enjoyed this vehicle since I bought it.

My Tucson SEL

I did have a Hyundai Kona 2021,but I traded it for a 2023 Hyundai Tucson SEL. This is my dream vehicle and plan to keep it for the rest of my life. I want to thank everyone that works for the Hyundai dealership because they are very helpful.

Fun to fun, turns on a drive, and works well in winter conditions, you know how to drive in them..

I leased the Kona one level up from the lowest cost version. It is easy to get in and out of ( big feature if you are older). It have better ground clearance that a car and also a some what stiffer ride due to it being all wheel drive, but because of the all wheel drive much more capable on bad road conditions.. It is a kick to drive due to the short wheel base and ability to turn on a dime! Gas mileage was good (32mpg in the winter to a high of 39 to 40 mpg in the summer) (The only down side was the payments Hi)

LOVE MY KONA!!

After researching compact SUV’s, I found multiple articles regarding the high quality Hyundai Kona. With its high safety ratings, excellent MPG and affordable cost, I knew it was the vehicle for me.

The car was great always had the seats down for my dogs. Not enough power for hills had to get a running start. Other then that I throughly enjoyed my Kona. I bought a Santa Cruz and love it even more

Fuel, efficient, cost-effective, with plenty of cargo space.

If you are looking for a fuel, efficient, cost-effective compact, sporty car with ample amount of cargo space as well as the option to attach roof racks. Then this is your car. I work in hospice and have to drive very long distances just about every single day for work I purchased this car in March 20 20 and I am just under 50,000 miles today is September 21, 2023. I have had no problems with this vehicle whatsoever.

Love my Kona so much I got the same car for my daughter !

Love my Kona! I am used to driving bigger SUV's but my Kona doesn't feel small. It drives like a car but has the feel of a SUV. Handles really well and has a great turning radius. I like it so much that after having it for 6 months I leased one for my collage age daughter.

Great daily driver

Great car for those starting to drive, mid trim includes everything needed. Safety features on this vehicle provide a added security for driving safe on the road. Plenty of room inside the cabin for those who are small to mid size tall.

Once upon a Kona

The Kona is a good tiny SUV where if you park in garages you would pay the regular price because of its size. It's been reliable so far, brakes well and is great for road trips with little baggage and little company. Not spectacular for moving a lot of big items, okay for a trip to the store for material for a weekend project and may need to hold a few items on the top of the vehicle. Wouldn't take the family to the airport with people and luggage in the car. Sounds system is great, especially if you know how to set your levels, heated seats, sports mode, driving warnings systems, phone connectivity, media screen all work well and meet expectations. Bonus if you can find where your SD card slot is and have your navigation system work.

Great little vehicle

Hyundai kona was an excellent little low cost car. Tons of cargo space. Great handling in snow We were very happy with it The price could not be beat. The dealer was amazing. Purchased over phone and they picked up at airport
