So so Service.
A customer will receive a warmer welcome from a dealer (assuming that you would like to buy a car), rather than the service department. The service agents stared into space as I waited in line, after a minute or two I was recognized. Finally after the Service was done, I was given my car keys, without a thank you. And then I went to the cashier as she stared at the floor for a minute or two before ringing me up. Not satisfied with the service.

Damage to Car Had To Be Repaired by Competitor
The use of the wrong parts led to a series of subsequent failures. The car failed and had to be towed to a competing dealer for repairs. I had to pay the second dealer for the work to be done properly, along with the repair of the subsequent damage.
