Improving Customer Service
The work performed on cars is generally good. However, significant improvement still can be made with overall customer service. Service advisors do not readily greet/welcome customers when they arrive or enter the facility. Customers often just stand and wait to be acknowledged or must ask to be helped.

The visit was in my opinion too long for just an oil change. Arrived at 6:10am and left close to 10am. I would come back because of course that's me dealer. Best thing was the complimentary car wash they gave after the oil change.

Well Informed
When I got to the dealership at 6 am, I was told that the mechanic was going to be late about an hour. After, the mechanic arrive things started going much better. The service advisor made sure he keep me well informed about the status of my vehicle.
