Why Place is So Great!!!
The quality of service is excellent. Office is clean, attractive and inviting. Amenities are great (daily newspaper; coffee; availability of snacks if desired).

Service visit was due to a manufactures recall. Service rep advised of addition manufactures recall, both recalls were performed. A first time oil change was also done. I was given a hour and a half window to complete all three services. Very please with the timley completions. Sean the service rep I commended for his professionalism

BAD SERVICE
I came to the dealership to have my brakes looked at because I was hearing a grinding noise when slowing down. After waiting for 2 hours I was told that my front brakes were a 4 and I still had time on them, but would have to replace them in the near future. And I was told that my rear brakes were at a 6. I informed Mr. Seal Tolton that I was going out of town to NC and he informed me that I would be safe to drive. The next day I had my brakes looked at and repaired by another mechanic. He was able to look at it without taking the tire off and showed me the difference from the front and the back and not only did I need front and rear brakes, I needed rear rotors. There was no pad left to my rear brakes. After hearing this I was a little upset because that mean I would've been on the road with my three children and anything could've happened. After this how can I trust coming here to have services done in the future if the staff our willing to japradise people lives.

This place wouldn't be my first choice
When I dropped my car off overnight, the secretary was very rude. All I wanted to know if my car was safe. And she made it known I was getting on her nerves. Also they claimed they washed my car. But when I got it, it was filthy. What exactly did I pay for?

My Service Tech Sean was great explained everything needed for my car, checked for all recalls, and listened to my concerns. The Mechanic that worked on my car, is one that has worked on my car for all service repairs, and I have not had any complaints. I'm satisfied with my service and have been satisfied with my service thus far.

I purchased my car through another dealer, not Hyundai, and had no clue that it was still covered under the warranty. What I thought was going to be a $1400 job became $0. The customer service was impeccable and the staff was super nice. I was always kept informed about the status of my vehicle. Thanks again!!!!
