My 2018 Sonata went in for a scheduled service and I was very impressed with the level of communication I received from Sean at Pohanka. He kept me informed the whole time and made himself available for questions. My service was completed efficiently and my car was returned washed and vacuumed! Thank you Sean and thank you Pohanka.

They do excellent work
Have not heard anything about my car or was causing it to malfunction brought in on Friday to get an oil change and service Sunday illness. Put a new battery in still will not start that they have not called me yet what the diagnosed what's going on with the vehicle

It's fine
I went in for a simple oil change which was completed in a fairly timely manner. Only issue I had was that they didn't put any sticker or notice on my windshield for what mileage I need to come back for my next change. I guess I'll just have to remember what my mileage was when I went this last time.

I went in for an oil change and thought it would take a couple of hours; my car was ready in about an hour to an hour and a half. Sean was very pleasant.
