Not good

I called for an appointment and told your scheduler I need to leave town on Aug 9 so she said bring your truck in at 7 am on July 25, when I arrived they had no appointment for me do they put me on the schedule and turned me over to the quick lube advisor. This s the second time I’ve been there for the same problem and I don’t have confidence that it is resolved. The quick lube advisor is a nice guy, he was professional and tried to help but he is not proficient in the 6.7l diesel. Every time I travel I have an issue that requires a dealer visit, this makes me doubt the reliability of the truck. Not sure what I can do differently but this is getting old.

Great Service, but a long service time.

The people I spoke with were very kind and
the service department honored their quote for me even though additional work needed to be done. ?

I think the only downside is that everywhere is so busy and short staffed that my truck was there all day for an oil change and an alignment when it was estimated a couple of hours. Unfortunately, our area is growing at a drastic rate that we can't keep up with it!

I received a call that my truck was ready. I asked for ride, not far. Mat said the driver would call me. After waiting an hour, I was afraid service would close so I had to call an Uber. When I got there, it appeared nobody was coming for me. I also asked for BOTH fuel filters to be replaced but when I got home and read the work order, I was charge for only one so the other wasn't changed. However, with nothing but highway miles and only 16,000, I was told my air filter needed replacement. Not seeing it, I had them do it but a filter should last longer than 15,000 highway only miles. My guess is I got a filter I didn't need but did not get a filter I wanted.

A major repair done well

I had a check engine light which the tech diagnosed as a bad injector. I had purchased a Ford extended warranty, thankfully. During repair a bolt broke off inside one of the heads which ultimately required replacement of that head. It took a little while to get all the parts together with some coming from fairly close and others from across the country.

Long short, short - the repair was completed and McKenzie (sp?) went to bat with Ford to assist with over half the cost of the rental car. Normally a rental is only covered for 5 days but we needed it for closer to two weeks.

Again, great service at Mike White Ford in Coeur d'Alene.

Windshield recalibration

Very prompt service for a windshield re-calibration due to a cracked windshield. The car was dropped off early, and we walked down the street and had breakfast at a local restaurant, then walked back. The car was done shortly after our return. Impressed with the courtesy and friendliness of the service people we dealt with.

Excellent experience

I dropped off my truck for a check engine light issue, but at the last minute I noticed my service was due. Not only did they pinpoint the problem and get parts ordered, they did a complete service and even rotated my tires! They were honest about filters that didn't need changed and advised me to start thinking about brakes. I was impressed because it seems like they are honest and willing to go the extra mile in what's commonly a very rushed and indifferent world. Old small town feel... how CdA use to be.

Brought my truck in the day before, but they called me that day and wanted early, said it was already there. They are just plain busy like everywhere.

This is by far the best Ford Dealer

Being a former HVAC service contractor, I have purchased dozens and dozens of Ford Trucks-Vans. In another state. When my wife and I relocated to Northern Idaho, We purchased a new F-150 4x4 from Mike White Ford in Coeur D' Alene, Id. It was so pleasant, and at your own conveyance, we had a great experience. Now the end of April 2022 we brought our new F-450 motorhome to Mike White to have factory recalls inspected . A service date was set & the day I brought for inspection as well as an oil change, Matt & the whole entire service dept, treated me as if I was there best customer, even though my motorhome was purchased in Spokane, Wa. This Dealership is exactly what northern Idaho citizens are known for, friendly, kind and respectful, I was so amazed I would rcomend this dealership to anyone. Great Job Mike White Ford.
