First oil change
We pulled in to the garage and there were people ahead of us so we reversed to pul out and noticed a bump/ hitch in our driving. We pulled to the side in the lotto inspect and found a screw stuck in our back passenger tire. We pulled in no alerted the worker to the problem and he dismissed us After the oil change I asked about the tire and if it was repaired. The bult did not penetrate the tire, so was left with us....in our rear door jam and nearly fell to where it could have done more damage. We are happy with Parker so far but this has left us scratching our heads!!!

Scheduled appt 2.5 weeks in advance. Brought the truck in, took them 6 hours to call me back and tell me they didn't have the parts to fix the issue. Waste of time.
